My Phd
I have completed a Phd on Corporate Social Responsibility in the European Context at the University of Sunderland. My PhD thesis aimed at providing a comprehensive overview of the extent to which the largest Finnish companies have integrated CSR into their Human Resource Management policies and practices. It also interrogated the role of the public sector and regulations in this context and explored how these interact with corporate voluntary action. The thesis included issues, such as, staff development, participation, health & safety, job security, equal opportunities, work-life balance, employment of disadvantaged groups and reporting.
